T2 Chat is a unified messaging platform that allows you to manage conversations from multiple channels including Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Email through a single dashboard. Our service includes chat widget functionality, CRM features, cookie consent management, and analytics tools.

To use certain features of T2 Chat, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

Maintain and promptly update your account information

Maintain the security of your password and identification

Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice

If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the service

You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your subscription

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. During the trial period, you have full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged according to your selected plan.

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws

Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

You retain ownership of all content and data you provide through T2 Chat

T2 Chat integrates with third-party services (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Email providers). Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and conditions of those third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

The T2 Chat service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without our express written permission.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time
